And just like that the Georgian Bay Bathroom is complete! We ripped out the ceiling and replaced the old drop ceiling with a ship lap pine ceiling with integrated LED pot lights, covered the old linoleum tile with a clip and snap chevron tile which includes a integrated sub-layer to keep the water out! We replaced the old vanity with a dresser that I stripped and re stained myself, with newly painted pulls, an under-mount sink, and modern black hardware. Then we added in 2 mirror towers with tons of storage for cottage towels and bathroom necessities. Finally, we hung up personal art that showcases Georgian Bay and the beautiful surroundings of the cottage!
